Scene in the City – Once in a “Blue Moon”

Giftbox of 16

You’ll come across “not just another” chocolatier  – instead something very special.  Now there’s Koko Monk and luckily (or not so luckily for me) it’s within a very short walking distance from my house.  Too short but at least my gym is on the same street if you catch my drift. It’s chocolate poetry.

Valentine's Day is coming
Valentine’s Day is almost upon us.

Owner and friend Paul Dincer will tell you that you must not bite into these ones – no, no.  Just let them melt under your tongue to fully experience it.  He uses only dark chocolate, fresh ingredients –all made my hand and hand painted.  A total work of art.  It gets worse….there’s also a chocolate fountain where you can dip fresh fruit into.  Finally I also recommend the Turkish coffee and pastries – all deliciously delicious.

Oh “Matchmaker” I had my “First Kiss”, a total “Bliss Fix” which led me to “La Petite  Amour” with an “Iron Buddha” of all things… by “La Mer” under a “Dark Moon.”

The next day I craved “Tuscan Blues” but went to “Musee L’Amour” with my “Brunette Bangle” instead and was handed a “Jade Box“.  Then a sudden“Sultry Drift” made me feel like “Smoking Hearts.”  After that it was off to “Leningrad” to “Tango Paulo.”

Okay, what the hell are in these chocolates??
